This 1500VDC UL/IEC solar module ensures superior yields of 480W while having a very low LCOE. With the 156 Half-cell Mono PERC cells and bifcaial construction (which can add up to 20% energy yield), you will have a very high performing panel with an efficiency of 20.9% at temperatures of -40°F and up to 185°F. Only Q CELLS offers German engineering quality with their unique triple Yield Security.

The Bifacial Q.ANTUM DUO-Z Technology developed by Q CELLS is based on their original Q.ANTUM Technology and further cell separation technology with round wires.
