The new Schneider Home system allows you to harness energy from the sun by converting the DC power from solar panels into AC power for your home. You can monitor and control your energy usage down to specific devices installed in your home to create a personalized energy system that suits your needs. In addition to powering your home, the Schneider Home system enables you to sell excess power your home produces back to the grid, allowing you to make money while enjoying the comforts of your solar powered home.
Schneider BAT10K1 Boost Battery is a high voltage, Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery storage system. It includes an integrated Battery Management System (BMS), and battery disconnect switch. It can be used for residential and commercial battery-based off-grid, grid backup, and grid interactive applications. The Schneider BAT10K1 Boost Battery is designed to operate with the Schneider HY8K1NA1 Inverter in all cases. For backup power, a Schneider Electric compatible Backup Controller is also required. When installed together, the Schneider Boost and Schneider Inverter can be configured and monitored remotely, using the Schneider Installer Portal (qualified personnel) or Schneider Home mobile app (home owners).
Schneider BAT10K1 Boost Battery is a 10kWh capacity home battery will store solar energy for later use when the electricity rates are high or during a power outage. Boost can be connected to the home, solar, and the grid with the Schneider Inverter (purchased separately). Boost is expandable to 30kWh per system, yet its slim design with the front-to-back stacking capability makes efficient use of limited wall space. It provides 7.7kW backup power when installed with the Pulse CSED with integrated Backup Controller or the Pulse Backup Controller.
Batteries are available in the following configurations:
- Single battery
- Dual battery — one battery functions as the primary and the other as the secondary
- Triple battery — one battery functions as the primary and the other two as secondary's
