Overview
The EG4 GridBOSS Microgrid-Interconnect-Device consolidates utility power, hybrid inverters, generators, smart loads, and AC-coupled inverters into a centralized connection point. It features four programmable ports for AC coupling or smart load management up to 125A.
The GridBOSS supports up to three 90A hybrid inverters and carries a 200A service entrance rating for both backed-up and non-backed-up loads. When paired with the FlexBOSS21, it supports whole or partial home backup and microgrid setups while helping reduce installation time and hardware requirements.
