Return Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization: All products (excluding Clearance Items, Drop Shipments and Special Orders) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's carton with the original packing material and all corresponding hardware and documentation. We cannot accept returns with any indication of use.

Before returning an item, you must complete our Produt Return Form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will contact you within one business day after form submission with further instructions.

Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.

The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the shipping label only of boxes containing returned goods. Do not mark on the boxes themselves. All returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice to arrive back at RES Supply, LLC. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

A copy of your packing list/invoice must accompany all returned products. The value and cost of replacing any missing items (e.g. parts, manuals, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Time Frame for Returns: No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of original delivery. Once we have received your return, please allow us 72 hours to process your credit.

Restocking Fee: All returns and processed orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. Customers are responsible for return shipping. The 20% restocking fee and our actual shipping cost (not the cost you paid on your order) will be deducted from your refund. PayPal payments are charged a 2.9% processing fee which will not be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.

Clearance Items: Any product marked as a "Clearance Item" cannot be returned for credit and/or refund. These items are sold while quantities last and are either discontinued by the manufacturer or no longer stocked. Please contact us before order placement if you are concerned about item availability. If a Clearance Item you ordered is sold out, we will contact you within 1 business day with a possible alternate. Because the replacement item may be higher priced, you will have the option to accept the alternate, remove the alternate, or cancel your order entirely. We guarantee your card will never be charged until your order ships.

Drop Shipments and Special Orders: Some products must ship directly from the manufacturer and cannot be returned for credit and/or refund. These products will ship new and all manufacturers' warranties will apply. The customer will be notified of this situation within one business day from order receipt. If authorized to proceed, this order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable. A 50% deposit will be processed upon acceptance and the remaining 50% will be charged upon shipment.
